In the context of their development, they are currently seeking a German speaking Senior Manager Accounting that is motivated to lead a team of 6 accountants. Your role will include an important managerial as well as operational aspect.
The client portfolio of your team will be very diverse (PE/RE, SOPARFI, Holdings, Commercial companies…) and mainly represents large and well-known companies. You will manage the client contact and review your team’s work, in order to maintain the high quality of service this fiduciary provides. You will have an important implication in the development of your team, which will be rewarded by real career prospects and possibilities for you.

You review the work of the junior and senior accountants that work under your supervision ;
You are responsible for the contact with the clients and make sure all deadlines are respected ;
You report to the Head of the department, which is also a position you can thrive to have in time ;
You participate in the coaching, internal mobility and evaluations of the members of your team.

You have 6 years of experience or more in a managerial position within a Big Four, Fiduciary or financial service provider in Luxembourg ;
You are fluent in German and English, as this is majority of the clients speak German ;
You are proactive and a true leader for the members of your team as this allows everyone to thrive individually but also as a group ;
You are motivated to join a real pioneer on the market that offers you a function with various responsibilities, both in a managerial as operational manner.
