This boutique approach means that the existing team of corporate officers, composed of around 15 people in Luxembourg, not only have the opportunity to develop a high expertise and specialization, but also that team work is essential.
Indeed, by working in small teams of 2 to 4 people on the same portfolio, you are sure that everything is handled correctly and you always have your colleagues to count on.
The office in Luxembourg is represented by more than 20 different nationalities, you will enjoy the different backgrounds and cultures of the structure.
Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – In House – Real Estate Company – Legal
As a Corporate Officer, you will have an interesting range of responsibilities that will enable you to diversified your daily activities and avoid a routine. You will handle from A to Z the real estate investments, mainly in Europe, from the constitution to the liquidation/sale.
You will have to draft different legal documentations such as contracts and agreements, shareholder resolutions, the board meetings and so on.
Excellent communication skills will be necessary since you will be designated as the point of contact with external parties as lawyers, notaries, banks. You also might be asked to coach and train juniors.

Our partner and us are looking for a Corporate Officer with relevant experience in Luxembourg, from two to 6 years, in a similar workplace (Fiduciary, PFS, ManCo or Law Firm) to guarantee an autonomous level.
For this position, it is needed to master the English language (written and orally) to allow you to maintain a good communication internally and create good relationships. Any other European language would be considered as an asset.
You should be able to work autonomously and in collaboration with others talents, so we are looking for a candidate that will be able to integrate within the current dynamic team.
