As part of its growing activities, we are supporting an AIFM in the search for its future Fund Corporate Officer, as they are expanding the Fund Administration department.
You will be part of a structure that promotes diversity and equality in its skilled team of 30 talents. For example, you will have the chance to work in close collaboration with Accountants, Tax Advisors and Compliance officers coming from all around the world. Therefore, you will join a mainly English-speaking environment, while being surrounded by colleagues who come from Italy, Spain, Germany, France and so on.
Internal and external trainings are regularly offered by the AIFM as they want to support your learning curve and progression, and they are eager to support your technical and professional growth by giving you all the tools to achieve your objectives. Your Responsibilities | Fund Corporate Officer – Alternative Investment Funds – PFS - Legal
As a Fund Corporate Officer, you will manage a portfolio mainly comprised of Alternative Investment Funds (Private Equity, Real Estate) from their incorporation to the liquidation.
You will be requested to prepare and participate to board and shareholder meetings, as well as AGM/EGM. You will also draft the minutes and resolutions.
Additionally, you will ensure the approval of annual accounts and other relevant publications on the Trade Register such as change of seat, change of directors, capital increases and decreases and so on.

Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position (Corporate Officer), either in a PFS or a Manco or AIFM in Luxembourg is mandatory.
Excellent command of English is required since it is the internal business language, and you will be in contact with international clients.
You have thorough knowledge of alternative investment funds and are keen to continue to evolve with this type of client base.
You would describe yourself as someone who is eager to learn and to evolve in your autonomy and responsibilities in the years to come.

Depending on your seniority and your profile, this AIFM is willing to offer you an annual gross salary that could reach €75 000, as well as meal vouchers of €10,80 and an annual discretionary bonus.
As mentioned above, real flexibility in terms of working hours is offered as well as very limited overtime. Furthermore, you will have the chance to work from home 34 days per year, or even to work part-time (32 hours/week) if needed.
