Located in the heart of Luxembourg-City, 50 team members in Luxembourg ensure the efficient daily operations of the company and their Corporate team is currently composed of 10 dynamic people. The objective of the team is to move forward together and help one another, which is why team spirit is very important. For this reason, your daily assistance will play an important role in the structure.
Furthermore, good internal processes and a great organization are key in this company, so you will have the opportunity to work in a very diligent and meticulous manner which will be a strong asset in your work ethics and methodology.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Assistant – Paralegal - Legal

You make sure to assist the legal team with collecting signatures, preparing shareholder meetings and drafting its minutes.
You publish all relevant modifications to the Trade Register (RCS/RBE) such as annual accounts, shareholder changes and so on.
You are in charge of liaising with banks and other third parties, and collecting and handling the correspondence.
You will have exposure to standard AML/KYC tasks such as making sure all necessary documentation such as bank forms is correctly completed and collected.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Assistant – Paralegal - Legal

You have 2 to 6 years of experience as Paralegal or Corporate Assistant within a financial service provider (PFS, Fiduciary, Big Four), a Law Firm or asset manager in Luxembourg.
You feel comfortable in both French and English as you will speak both languages on a daily basis.
You would describe yourself as a well organized person who appreciates being able to support his/her colleagues and being of real added value to the teams.
A Bachelor degree or other relevant studies in the legal field will be considered as a strong asset.
You are interested in joining a quite prestigious company and reflecting this image by your diplomatic and professional approach.
