Currently looking for a new position to deepen your knowledge of Funds and the Corporate Luxembourgish Industry? Then we have the pleasure to introduce you to this Corporate Officer position in a dynamic PFS with a young team.
By integrating this PFS, you will have the chance to collaborate with a team of around ten people with whom you will have a close collaboration. Knowledge and skills are continually shared internally between colleagues, and as the Upper management is easily accessible, the collaborators feel supported and always have an answer to their questions.

As the PFS works with different types of clients, with a primary focus on financial clients (Soparfi, PE/RE, investment funds..) you will never feel like stagnating. Furthermore, this will allow you to develop a wide skill set.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – PFS – Corporate – AIF – Legal
In the scope of your responsibilities as a Corporate Officer, you will manage your portfolio of clients from the constitution to the liquidation mainly consisting of financial clients (Soparfis, Holdings, AIF, Securitization Vehicles and so on).
You will be named point of contact with your clients and other stakeholders such as notaries, lawyers, Luxembourgish administrations and banks.
You will be in charge for the organization and preparation of board meetings and other meetings such as AGM, EGM. Following those meetings, you will draft the minutes.
You will also be asked to take care of drafting legal documentation for your clients.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – PFS – Corporate – AIF – Legal
We are searching for a Corporate Officer with at least two years of experiencein a similar position within a Luxembourgish structure such as a PFS, Fund Administrator or Fiduciary.
A previous exposure to investment funds (e.g. AIF/RAIF/SICAR/PERE) will constitute an important asset in your application.
You should have a good command in English and in French for this position. Any additional linguistic abilities will be considered as an advantage.
You describe yourself as a curious personwho is willing and eager to deepen their expertise in Corporate matters.
