Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – PSF – Legal - Corporate
Day to day legal management of a portfolio of Soparfi and SPV from the introduction to the liquidation.
You organize and prepare the board and shareholder meetings, as well as the minutes.
You prepare and review legal documentation such as resolutions.
Publishing the annual accounts on the Trade Register as well and handling modifications such as change of seat, entity name and so on.

Since at least 3 years, you have been working as a corporate officer in a similar environment (PSF, ManCo, Big Four, Fiduciary..).
You are able to handle your files from the constitution to the liquidation, or at least with a good level of autonomy and independence.
You are fluent in English, and this language will suffice as you will join an English-speaking environment.
You would consider yourself as a motivated person who is not afraid to do the extra mile.
