Your Responsibilities | AIFM – Corporate Officer – COSEC – Legal – German

As a Corporate officer, your main responsibility will be to be in charge of your own portfolio from A to Z, meaning from the constitution to the liquidation independently. Your clientèle will be composed of Alternative Investment Funds.
You will be involved in the organization of board meetings and annual general meetings including board pack preparation and drafting minutes.
You will draft legal documentation needed in your portfolio management such as contracts, agreements and so on.
You will be named main point of contact for your clients and competent administrations. You will be responsible for RCS filings.

Profile and Career Path | AIFM – Corporate Officer – COSEC – Legal – German

We are currently searching for a talent that has at least two years of experience as a Corporate Officer/COSEC within a similar structure (AIFM, PFS, Fiduciary…) in Luxembourg.
We are looking for an English speaker with a full professional ability (written, read, spoken). You additionally have a good level of German : a bilingual level is certainly not necessary however your level should be advanced.
A previous exposure to Alternative Investment Funds is considered a strong asset.
You have autonomy and independence in your daily tasks which allow you to be well organized and proactive.
