Our partner, which is active on the Luxembourgish market since 2008, is a licensed PFS supervised by the CSSF.

The main clients you will work with are investment funds and also management companies. You will sometimes work on domiciliation with clients such as Soparfis, holding companies and commercial companies.

Our partner is located near a Public Parking for your convenience. In fact, given the difficulties of parking but also of getting around in Luxembourg, you can easily park in the car park which is just a few steps away and gain time.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Legal – PSF

Your main task will be to take notes of various reports in English: meetings, client meetings, board meetings and minutes.
One person is dedicated to the subject of fund liquidation and you will assist him/her.
You will be responsible for handling client requests from the incorporation to liquidation: organising board meetings, opening bank accounts, publishing the articles of association and contacting notaries for various matters.
You will be responsible for publishing the various annual accounts on the registers.

You have between 2-4 years of experience in a PSF, service provider or fiduciary environment in Luxembourg.
You are open-minded and believe that working in a multicultural environment can be beneficial for your personnal and professional development.
You can work both independently and in a team.
You are looking for stability in your private and professional life.
You have a good level of English.
You have a good knowledge of the investment fund industry as you will often be confronted with related issues.
