Your Responsibilities | Funds – Legal – Corporate Officer- PFS -Luxembourg
You lead the daily legal/corporate proceedings of alternative investments structures and administrate every step of the fund life cycle of a portfolio of domiciled funds and their related SPVs.
You prepare, board meetings, take minutes and draft a diverse range of documents related to shareholder & board meetings and may be asked to assist.
You serve as a touch point and provide clients with careful and seamless customer service.
You liaise the daily operations of all relevant internal and external stakeholders (international branches, auditors, law firms, official regulators, etcetera.).
You collaborate on advising an extensive list of clients on ensuring the integrity of their governance framework and you guide their strategic proceedings in terms of corporate governance compliance.
You examine changes in pertinent legislation and within the regulatory environment and pro-actively initiate appropriate action.
Profile and Career Path | Funds – Legal – Corporate Officer- PFS -Luxembourg
You possess an academic background in Corporate/ Business Law or similar.
You have gathered experience in both legal advice and corporate services of unregulated entities in Luxembourg, preferably a PFS or a ManCo.
Your advanced English proficiency allows you to thrive in international business settings, any additional language skills are a plus.

Depending on your background, experience and language skills, your salary could reach up to 55.000€ gross annually.
18 Lunch vouchers monthly, valued at 10.80€ per unite.
