From Fund Corporate Officer to Senior Manager : it is all possible in this PFS, which means that your ambitions will always be fulfilled!
Highly flexible, our partner allows its employees to take up to 2 days of homeworking day per week (within the limits of the quotas in place) to support them with keeping a balanced life. Your Responsibilities | Fund Officer – Corporate – Legal – PFS – Corporate Officer - UCITS

In your missions, you will have to maintain and develop your relationships with your clients, and will be in charge of the daily management of UCITS primarily.

Legal documentation drafting such as contracts, agreements, capital modifications and so on will be part of your missions.

You will be involved in the preparation and organization of board meetings, general meetings and drafting the related minutes.

On a daily basis, you will have to liaise with your clients in your own portfolio, as well as with lawyers, notaries and other relevant third parties.

We are currently searching for a talent that has acquired at least 3 yearsof experience as a (Fund) Corporate Officer within a Luxembourgish PFS, Fiduciary or Management Company.
You have a very good command of English (read, written, spoken) to be integrated well in the existing teams and to facilitate contacts with external parties. Knowledge of any other language (especially German or French) will be an asset.
You have a previous exposure to the local Fund Industry, especially to UCITS/AIF.
You are looking for a company in which you will be able to develop your skills in order to achieve an ambitious career path in the medium and long term.

According to your profile and previous experiences, your annual remuneration can reach 65 000€ gross. Your salary will be reviewed on annual basis meaning that your financial evolution throughout the years will be quite important.
