As a specialist in Corporate, Fund Administration and Accounting Services, the PSF also offers a range of Services in Depositary and Audit. The firm services international and local clients and is part of a global network of over 700 experts. Your Responsibilities | PFS – Holdings – Legal – Funds - CSSF – Corporate Officer

As a Corporate Officer, your main duty entails managing your own client portfolio, mostly SOPARFIs and Funds (Regulated and Unregulated), from the creation to the liquidation of entities.
You will be responsible for writing all legal documents needed to operate the life cycle of these entities. This includes board minutes, articles of incorporation, capital calls, directorship changes, seat changes, and so forth.
In this context, your daily tasks will include planning, preparing for, and attending board meetings.
You will coordinate interactions and synchronize operations between with both internal and external parties, including regulators like the CSSF as well as banks, auditors, etc.

Profile and Career Path | PFS – Holdings – Legal – Funds - CSSF – Corporate Officer

You possess at least three years of working experience in Luxembourg within equivalent Functions (Corporate Officer, Legal Officer in a PFS or Fiduciary).
You have a proven track record in managing a client portfolio that includes Holdings, Soparfis, and regulated and unregulated Funds.
You have developed excellent verbal and written English skills and excel in international working environments. Any additional languages you master are advantageous in your application.
As an organized and methodical person, you pride yourself in your detailed-oriented work ethic.

Depending on your level of expertise, our partner may be able to offer up to € 65,000in gross annual salary. The compensation package also includes meal vouchers(€ 10,80) for additional purchasing power; complementary private Life insurance for extra security and a bonus for a boosted income.
If you reside close to the Belgian border, you may have a commute that is considerably shortened given that the structure is located in the South-West of the Grand-Duchy.
