Our partner works with local and international clients and offers to solve the most complex problems in the field of domiciliation and company administration. The company advises, assists and acts in the following areas of activity: Accounting and tax consultancy, handling of various administrative services for financial, holding and real estate companies.
If you want to enrich your knowledge, you will not be disappointed by the training program. In addition to the training plan you will benefit from, English courses that are scheduled every week to feed your knowledge and improve your skills.

Your Responsibilities | German Corporate Officer – Fiduciaire

The client portfolio you will have to manage will be composed of commercial companies, but also financial companies such as SOPARFI’s or PERE. You will have to manage the process from the incorporation to the liquidation.
Clients will be able to rely on you for all legal questions relating to Luxembourg companies.
Your role will be to receive clients' requests both physically and over the phone.
You will have direct contacts with notaries, public authorities and banks.

Profile and Career Path | German Corporate Officer – Fiduciaire

You have already worked for a PSF, a service provider or a Luxembourg Fiduciary for 2 to 5 years as a Corporate Officer.
You have already worked on a client portfolio of commercial companies orholding companies.
You ideally have a degree in law or finance.
You are motivated, dynamic and organized by nature and you like to be rigorous.
You have a good level of German but you are comfortable in English.

You will benefit from 30 days of holidays per year, which is more than the average in Luxembourg.
A salary of up to 63 000 € per year.
