Your Responsibilities | Compliance Officer – AIFM – Funds – Legal – AML -PFS – PE – RE

You will be working closely with one of the partners of the firm and the Compliance Officer in the team. The main missions entail maintaining operations and regulatory frameworks for a set of AIFs in PE/RE and Venture Capital
You will perform AML/KYC & KYT analysis in accordance to the AIF’s compliance monitoring plans.
Participate in the onboarding of entities and the cascading AML due diligence.
Engage in Regulatory surveillance and help the team plan for changes in the laws and regulations that impact the fund business.

Profile and Career Path | Compliance Officer – AIFM – Funds – Legal – AML -PFS – PE – RE

You possess a first experience within Luxembourg’s financial ecosystem, at least 1 year within a PSF, Fiduciary, ManCo or PFS.
You speak and write English fluently. French and/or German and other languages are an advantage.
Exposure to the regulatory frameworks of the Funds industry is a plus (AIFM, AML/KYC, GDPR, etc.).
Experience with AIFs in the Private Equity and Real Estate sector is particularly relevant.
