Currently, we are assisting our partner which is a PFS in its search for a Legal Manager, in the context of the company’s development. The PFS is locally renowned for its expertise, always guaranteed by its talented team and upper management. The structure is represented by around ten people, who care about fostering strong internal relationships and a good atmosphere, which means that you will be truly appreciated for your individuality here.

The PFS’ strategy is client oriented, which means that they deliver high-quality services in Corporate administration, compliance, accountancy, and tax allowing them to have a loyal client base. Additionally, they have known a certain success in Luxembourg, leading to their growth. The clientele is also diversified and includes for example : PE/RE, Investment Funds, Securitization vehicles and a few Commercial companies. This will enable you to deepen your skills in different areas which can only be an advantage for your career.

Your Responsibilities | Legal Manager – Corporate – Compliance – PFS

  • You will autonomously handle your portfolio of clients, from the constitution to the liquidation, mainly comprised of financial clients and investment funds.

  • Legal documentation drafting will also be part of your missions, and you will organize board meetings (AGM, EGM) and be involved in minute drafting.

  • Your role will also be focused on compliance by handling AML/KYC matters, the onboarding of clients, making sure your clients are compliant, handling contacts with the CSSF and making sure that the PFS itself is also compliant and in good legal standing.

  • As a Manager, you will be responsible for two juniors by supervising them and guiding them in their deliverables. You will ensure that they benefit from a good training and coaching experience.

Profile and Career Path | Legal Manager – Corporate – Compliance – PFS

  • You have acquired a previous experience of minimum four years within a Luxembourgish structure such as PFS, Fiduciary and/or Asset Manager.

  • You have had exposure to both corporate administration and compliance tasks, and ideally to the supervision of junior colleagues as well.

  • You consider yourself as a fully independent talent with a proactive mindset, who will be a reliable manager for the team and the Partner of the PFS.

  • Our partner is searching for a candidate that has a good command of English and ideally with a sufficient French command.

Offer | Legal Manager – Corporate – Compliance  – PFS

  • Our partner is willing to offer to its future candidate an annual gross remuneration up to €90 000 with an additional bonus to complete the salary package. It is important to note that the gross remuneration will depend on your expertise and level of experience, although it will certainly be competitive.
