Our esteemed partner, a stable Holding company situated in the heart of Luxembourg, is currently seeking its next Legal Counsel. This highly-regarded HoldCo manages investments primarily in Private Equity, Real Estate and Infrastructure and operates across various jurisdictions. The leaders of the firm are dedicated to directing operations with immense focus, contributing to its excellent reputation.

You will personally join the legal team currently composed of two members, who handle various interesting transactions and have been working in the structure for many years. Your Responsibilities | Legal Counsel – Law – HoldCO – PE/RE - Inhouse

You are in charge of transactions in PE/RE and infrastructure from the set up to the closing which also includes the review and negotiations of contracts.
You are responsible for legal monitoring and research but also for offering legal advice in relation to the daily operations.
You will participating in adapting internal legal policies and procedures if needed and also drafting corporate templates.
You report directly to the Head of Legal and coordinating with the other internal teams.

Profile and Career Path | Legal Counsel – Law – HoldCO – PE/RE - Inhouse

The ideal candidate for this role should have two to five years of experience in a Law Firm (Corporate practice or AIF) or inhouse in a management company.
A Master degree in Law is asked and it will be an advantage to have other training certificates or diplomas.
The candidate should possess excellent English language skills and be comfortable communicating in an international work environment. They should be a skilled communicator and work effectively in teams.
Additionally, the candidate should be organized and rigorous in their approach to work.
