A fiduciary based in Luxembourg’s Cloche d’Or area is seeking to expand its team by hiring a Manager Compliance to support the company’s growth and ensure the good standing of the structure.
The fiduciary values long term relationships with its clients, that it is able to assist on a wide variety of matters (accounting, compliance, tax, corporate administration). The client base is diverse as it includes corporate and institutional clients, fund managers, banks and so on.
The fiduciary is well located in a modern building not far from a free parking and all the best commodities. The structure has chosen to invest a lot in its infrastructure and decided to digitalize most of its services a few years ago.
As Luxembourg legislation is constantly evolving, the department will continue to develop and you will therefore have the opportunity to participate in the development and the implementation of new procedures in order to remain in compliance with the legislation and provide the clients with excellent services.

Your Responsibilities | Manager Compliance – AML/KYC - Compliance
You evaluate the internal policies, controls and procedures to identify areas for improvement in compliance with the regulatory framework. You promptly take action to address any risks.
You serve as the main point of contact for regulatory or compliance-related matters with the CSSF and internal teams.
You provide advice to the Board on regulatory and compliance aspects of new business strategies.
You monitor that internal policies and procedures are efficient, consistent and compliant and report any improvements or risks to the Board of directors.
Profile and Career Path | Manager Compliance – AML/KYC - Compliance
You are able to show an acquired experience of 6 years or more in the compliance field in Luxembourg, within relevant structures for this opportunity (Fiduciary, PFS, ManCo, Bank).
Your openness and great communication skills allow you to have more of a commercial approach and participate in business development.
You are fluent in both English (verbally and in writing) and have no problem using this language in a professional context on a daily basis. Knowledge of French will represent a plus.
You have an excellent knowledge of the compliance framework in Luxembourg and more particularly AML, and you can show that you are up to date on all latest developments.
You ideally have acted as RC and are able to demonstrate that you are a responsible and conscientious person.

Human size : Though this fiduciary has the stability of a group, the team you will join is composed of less than 10 people. As the turn-over is very low, you can be sure to join a structure with a good atmosphere.
Great location : As the fiduciary has offices in Cloche d’Or, you will have the opportunity to choose how to go to work (car, train, bus) and benefit
Flexible working hours : Whether you want to start your day at 7 AM or 10 AM, this is entirely up to you. Furthermore, regular homeworking days will stay in place permanently in this fiduciary.
Salary package : Your annual salary can reach up to € 90.000 depending on your skill set, which will be completed by meal vouchers of €10.80 per day, health insurance, life insurance and a generous annual bonus.
