Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – Transfer agency – Fiduciary - Finance

  • As part of the team handling investment vehicles (AIF), you will be in charge of the daily management and supervision of the Transfer Agency team.

  • You will serve as the main contact person for investors and respond to their inquiries. This involves processing transaction orders (e.g. transfers, redemptions, conversion) as well as dividend distributions.

  • You issue and transmit records to investors, including capital notices, contract notes, convening notices (shareholder meetings), holding statements, etc.

  • You secure the necessary documents from investors and initiate AML/KYT due diligence through the collection of investor application forms, AML documentation, etc.

  • You initiate and oversee recurrent AML investors’ reviews.

  • You liaise with auditors and follow up on their inquiries regarding investors’ documentation.

Profile and Career Path | Transfer Agent – Transfer agency – Fiduciary - Finance

  • For at least 6 years, you have been evolving as a Transfer Agent in Luxembourg (ManCo, PFS, Big Four or a bank).

  • You communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

  • Your experience has allowed you to acquire a strong understanding of hedge funds and alternative investment vehicles primarily.

  • You have a thorough understanding of the AML/KYC framework especially in Luxembourg.

  • You have experience with supervising a team and being the first point of reference in case your team members have questions or need help.

Your gross salary can reach €75.000 per year depending on your experience.
