Your Responsibilities | Manager – Transfer agency – Fiduciary – Finance – AIF – AML – KYC

As part of a team dedicated to offering a full range of Funds Management Services to its client base, your responsibilities will include among else:

Frequent and effective communication with investors and the placing of their requests and inquiries to the relevant business unit.
The accurate production and timely delivery to investors of documents, such as holding statements, capital notices, contract notes, etc.
The supervision of transaction orders in the context of transfers, conversions and dividend distributions.
The coordination of periodic AML reviews and investor evaluations.
Direct interactions with auditors and the coordination of investors’ documents exchanges.

Profile and Career Path | Manager – Transfer agency – Fiduciary – Finance – AIF – AML – KYC

You have been growing within the TA department of a ManCo, PFS, Big Four or a Bank for at least 6 years in Luxembourg.
You fully mastered English and are accustomed to dealing with clients and internal stakeholders both orally and in writing.
You have curated over the years a thorough understanding of the AIF and hedge funds sector.
You have past experience leading a team and acting as the point of contact for team members and clients in case of concerns or requests.
