You will be working with complex structures linked to SOPARFI/Holding Cos, SPVs and securitization vehicles for example.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Compliance Officer – RC – PFS – Legal – AML – CFT - Compliance

As Compliance RC of the PFS, you will be in charge of the following inexhaustive tasks:

Initiating and updating Compliance procedures in the area of anti-money laundering, anti-tax fraud, and counter-financial terrorism, as well as following up on GDPR and other regulations.
You oversee the Compliance & Risk Assessments and drive successful reporting, remediation plans and cross-over functions with other business units and the London Office.
Participating to both internal and external audits and acting as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities (CSSF, etc.)
Developing adequate procedures and training across jurisdictions to maintain legal and regulatory integrity at all times.
Conducting Legal & Regulatory surveillance so as to support top management in anticipating Business development and improving business operations

Profile and Career Path | Senior Compliance Officer – RC – PFS – Legal – AML – CFT - Compliance

You possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a structure in Luxembourg (PSF, ManCo, Fiduciary).
You ideally served as RC registered with the CSSF previously.
You are an English speaker and a captivating communicator that knows how to navigate international business environments.
You are looking to add an international dimension to your career all while benefitting from the lifestyle Luxembourg has to offer.

Depending on your level of expertise, you may earn a gross yearly income of €100.000, to which you could also add a discretionary bonus, up to the equivalent of one month's salary.
