Our partner, a specialised and ambitious PFS, is recruiting an Italian speaking Senior Corporate Officer to develop their operations further. Located in the Gasperich business hub, the structure counts close to 40 collaborators. The orientation that the business is taking on, calls for an autonomous and technically strong new joiner.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS – AIF – Legal – Private Equity – Real Estate

Your role entails the supervision and management of every part of the corporate life of the entities that comprise your portfolio. These proceedings include the incorporation and liquidation of mainly regulated and alternative investment vehicles and Holding Companies, as well as numerous corporate transactions throughout the business life-cycle of these.
You initiate various corporate evolutions and take charge of the cascading documentation that arises. These are typically related to board & shareholder meetings and include minutes, proxies, convening notices, etc.
You take on the corporate records of the companies in your portfolio and organize part of their administrative operations, such as RCE and RBS filings, but are also in charge of approving and publishing annual accounts.
You serve as the first contact person with your clients and coordinate their queries and orient requests towards internal teams, as well as external third parties (banks, notaries & lawyers, auditors etc.).

You have acquired at least 5 years of experience in the fields of Legal, Corporate or Regulatory Services in Luxembourg. You are, as a result, an autonomous Corporate Officer in a PFS, Asset Manager or Fiduciary in Luxembourg.
You speak Italian, French and English fluently. You are able to communicate orally and in writing in these languages. The mastery of additional languages is seen as an advantage.
Your curious and collaborative spirit allows you to work autonomously while supporting a team and handling client relationships.
