We are currently recruiting a Senior Corporate Officer with exposure to Compliance matters for an international Fiduciary with a human-sized team.
Specializing in accounting, tax and fund administration services, the organization strives to provide a quality service to international clients. The main client is Soparfi Holdings, Funds (PE/RE), with a portfolio of over 130 entities.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – Fiduciary – Corporate – HoldCo
You detail corporate documents and agreements connected to all of the transactions in your portfolio (finance accounts, seat change statements, articles of association, and so on).
You organize board meetings, as well as shareholder meetings, and draft minutes.
You are primarily involved in the daily corporate operations of SOPARFIs and domiciliated entities in the sector of PE/RE, from their incorporation all the way to their dissolution/liquidation.
You communicate with all relevant external and internal stakeholders, such as clients, banks, auditors, and administrators.
As the main person of contact for your clients, you prepare and ensure the review of compliance-related documentation.

You currently have at least two years of experience in a comparable role inside a Luxembourgish organization (PFS, Fiduciary).
To maintain effective internal and external communications with colleagues, clients, and third parties, you should be fluent in French and English.
You aspire to be an essential element of the fiduciary and want to join a dynamic and close-knit team for the coming years.
Additional knowledge in the fields of Corporate Governance and/or International Taxation matters could be of added value.

In accordance with your prior experiences, our partner is willing to give an annual gross remuneration of up to € 65.000 plus a bonus amounting to one month's worth of salary (depending on your performance).
