Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – PSF – Fiduciary
You will assist your team in the management of a portfolio of entities from incorporation to dissolution.
You contribute to the day-to-day corporate governance of these entities, including several statutory changes, the preparation of Board Meetings and Shareholder Meetings including their cascading legal documentation.
As the first line of defence in the Compliance procedures, you gather the information and documents from clients required by the Compliance team for AML/KYC/KYT assessments etc.
You bridge the communication between your clients, the accounting teams, and the external stakeholders involved in the business operations (banks, auditors, the CSSF, lawyers, etc.).
Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal – PSF – Fiduciary
You possess between two and seven years of experience in Luxembourg. Your previous experiences as a Corporate Officer within a Fiduciary, PFS, Law Firm or ManCo have allowed you to work with autonomy and independence in handling your portfolio of clients.
You ideally have been exposed to investment vehicles and possess experience with Securitization Vehicles and more vastly the PE/RE sector.
A good level of English is indispensable in maintaining high-level customer service with international clients. A fluent level of French will be ideal for smooth onboarding and optimal internal communication.
Your open, outgoing and collaborative nature makes you a great team player and you are passionate about the industry.
