Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal - AIF -PFS – Private Equity – Real Estate

You are in charge of managing the daily legal proceedings relating to the administration of a portfolio of entities from their incorporation to their liquidation.
You take ownership of the organisation of board meetings and shareholder meetings and draft the legal deeds cascading from the proceedings (minutes, shareholder agreement, etc.);
You are responsible for keeping recollection of all the corporate proceedings of the entities by keeping the RCS and RBE updated as required.
You intervene in the publication of annual accounts by making sure that all entities in your portfolio are correctly managed.
You liaise operations of your clients and the investment team including third-party stakeholders (banks, auditors, lawyers, etc.).

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – Legal - AIF -PFS – Private Equity – Real Estate

Your experience stretches over at least five years as a Corporate Officer. You have been working in Luxembourg for a ManCo, Fiduciary, PSF or Big Four.
You master English and French. Italian is not mandatory, but would be a great addition as well given the important Italian client base.
You ideally have had exposure to AIFs and their administration.
You are ready to leverage your experience and contribute to the growth of a team dedicated to funds administration in the long run.
