Your Responsibilities | Senior Compliance Officer – Legal - AIFM – Legal – AML -AIF - UCIT

As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will assist the firm's clients in their day-to-day activities related to risk management, anti-money laundering, protocols, and adherence to the CSSF's rulebook.
You will be in charge of creating compliance and risk assessment reports for customers.
By developing pertinent diagnostic tools and carrying out database input and analysis, you will assist the compliance team's AML/CFT screening efforts.
You will need to maintain a constant watch on the regulatory environment both during and between activities. You will create memoranda specifically on current regulatory requirements and how they affect the fund operations.
While AIFs and UCITs are the main emphases, you will assist the firm and its group on internal Compliance and Governance matters. This includes taking the role of RC certified by the CSSF, chair on several internal committees, as well as serving as a Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Profile and Career Path | Senior Compliance Officer – Legal - AIFM – Legal – AML -AIF - UCIT

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Corporate Officer at a service company, bank or management company. Knowledge of the current RBE, FATCA and CRS regulations is an advantage.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory; other languages are advantageous.
You are open-minded and wish to expand your knowledge of the Fund’s industry through training as the firm’s strategic direction will require agility and adaptability.
Your service-oriented attitude and rigorous organization could make all the difference, as this role involves independence in day-to-day tasks and teamwork on joint projects.
