For our partner a fund specialist based in Luxembourg City, we are hiring a Transfer Agent with at least two years of experience. Consistent exposure to AIF-Compliance matters is explicitly expected for this role!
As a result of this initiative, the human-sized team composed of fund accountants and administrators is seeking an additional team member. The firm's leadership, which is still involved in operations as technicians is adamant on hiring self-motivated and ambitious collaborators. Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – AIFM – Transaction – AML - Compliance - Legal
As a Transfer Agent, you will be involved in the verification and approvals of transactions within your client base.
Upon your daily responsibilities, you will act as an intermediary between your clients and investors, and be responsible for clear and transparent communication.
You will be in charge of a few compliance checks in regard to AML regulation, to ensure compliant investors and transactions.

We are looking for a candidate that has at least 2 years of experience as a Transfer Agent within a fiduciary, AIFM, or PFS in Luxembourg.
You should be fully fluent in English, as it is the internal business language, allowing you a perfect integration into the team and to clients. Being fluent in French can also be an advantage in your application.
A previous exposition to Compliance matters (such as AML) would be considered a strong asset in your application.

The leadership is looking for decisive and highly self-motivated candidates to join the firm and develop alongside the AIFM. This is the opportunity for growthboth technically and in responsibility given the context of the growing activity and close-knit team.
Your yearly salary could go up to 60 000€ gross, depending on your academic background, skillset and career path.
In addition to that, meal voucher for a face value of 10.80€ will contribute to your added purchasing power. Additionally, a yearly bonus will help with extra funds for your passion projects or personal investments.
