For an independently owned AIFM located in Luxembourg City’s business hub, our team is looking for a Transfer Agent wishing to also have exposure to AIF Compliance.
The AIFM has been striving for operational excellence for almost 10 years and is now attracting more business with the launch of several fund onboarding cycles. Thus, the human-sized team of fund accountants and fund administrators consisting of almost ten people is looking for an additional team member. This initiative stems from the firm’s leadership, which is resolved on maintaining a comfortable workload for all collaborators. The growing business is oriented towards the Real Estate, Private Equity and Venture Capital sectors. Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – AIFM – AIF – Compliance - Legal

As a Transfer Agency team member, you will be in charge of the efficient daily operations of the AIFM’s funds. These proceedings include the set-up and maintenance of the funds.

You will be responsible for transaction oversight, by validating and recording all issued transactions.

As the first person of contact with investors, you will liaise with the registrar and make sure that dividend payments and other transactions are issued in a timely manner.

You will be tasked with AML/KYT due diligence checks for the onboarding of investment vehicles and throughout the entities’ lifecycle.

You will also take the lead on the launch of a new KYC information management system to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

You possess at least two years of experience as a Transfer Agent in Luxembourg, ideally in an AIFM or PFS.
You possess a fluent level of English (written and spoken). French will be considered an asset, as will any other language.
You have gained autonomy over the operations in your department and wish to extend your expertise working on challenging and complex cases.

Depending on your experience and background, your salary could go up to 60 000€ per year. On top of which you will receive 18 meal vouchers for10.80€ per unit every month.
A substantial Bonus is also awarded depending on the company’s and your individual performances.
