We are currently assisting our partner, a renowned law firm in Luxembourg, in its search for a(n) (Senior) Associate specializing in Employment Law. Join its boutique firm composed of around 20 people and enter a work environment that values the strong internal cohesion.

You will independently handle all legal proceedings relating to your clients, this includes cases with a focus on employment law, and you will represent the employers.
You follow up on your clients’ requests, prepare legal documentation and initiate legal actions on behalf of your clients.
You maintain a close relationship with your clients and build relationships with potential new clients. This includes proactively offering advice and by anticipating the needs of their businesses.
You carry out legal monitoring and remain up to date on the latest developments.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a Law firm in Luxembourg and have primarily focused on employment/labor law throughout the years. More experience, such as 6 to 10 years for example, will constitute an additional advantage.
You of course obtained a Master’s degree in Law and are a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
You are fluent in English and French, whereas any other language will constitute a plus.
You are very interested in working in a prestigious law firm in Luxembourg where you will have the chance to work with well-known clients.
