We are currently collaborating with a young and international Law Firm that is looking for a (Senior) Associate in Tax. The law firm specializes in various fields of expertise such as Corporate Law, Banking, Investment Fund Law and Tax. With a worldwide presence, the Law Firm employs thousands of lawyers on a global level, and already has a team of more than 20 Lawyers in Luxembourg.
The firm is focused on working with prestigious clients, and has already had the chance to work with, and advise, very well-known clients. Your Responsibilities | Associate Tax – Tax – Tax Law – Legal – Law Firm
As part of the tax team you will have to provide tax advice, to local and international clients.
You are actively participating in drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation.
As part of the development of the team, you will have the mission to develop strong client relationships with a focus on respecting the high standards of the Law Firm.
Depending on your experience, you will have the opportunity to accompany junior colleagues and interns in their career development.
Work closely with other department and offices (cross-practice/border).
Direct involvement in tailor made tax structuring for international clients.
Profile and Career Path | Associate Tax – Tax – Tax Law – Legal – Law Firm
You have at least 2/3 years of experience in tax, either acquired in a Law Firm in Luxembourg or a Big Four.
You have obtained a Master’s degree in Law, or in a financial field (accounting, economics and so on). You are also fluent in French and English.
You are eager to pursue your career in a human-sized law firm with an international network and regular contact with the foreign offices.
