Your Responsibilities | Associate Funds – Investment Funds – Law Firm – Legal - AIF
You will take care, with the support of Senior Associates, of a portfolio of investment funds from the set up to the liquidation of the entities.
Advise your clients and investors on their activities by answering their questions and preparing the needed legal documentation such as LPAs, articles of association, capital calls or memos.
Additionally, you will be involved in legal monitoring in order to remain updated on new applicable laws and regulations.

For this position, you should have acquired a previous experience of minimum one year within a law firm based in Luxembourg, within the Fund department.
You have to be registered to the Luxembourgish/European Bar or at least have obtained your CCDL.
You should be fluent in English to assist your clients easily, as well as to be fully integrated to this multicultural team.
You are eager to join an international firm with many career prospects and a global network, allowing the firm, and you as a result, to have access to excellent know-how and tools.

Under an employee status, this law firm is offering an annual remuneration that could reach € 80 000 gross, depending on your profile and previous experience.
You will also be entitled to a discretionary annual bonus and will receive meal vouchers of €10.80 as well.
