Your Responsibilities | Law Firm – Corporate Law – Kirchberg – Senior Associate Corporate
Upon your responsibilities, you will be handling a client portfolio and be asked to advise them of their activities as their main counselor by answering their questions regarding their entities.
Additionally, you will be drafting their legal documentation related to your clients’ needs with regard to mergers and acquisitions, financing, restructuring, contracts and agreements.
Then, you will conduct legal monitoring to remain updated on applicable laws and regulations.

We are looking for a candidate that has acquired an experience of at least three years of experience within a law firm in Luxembourg.
For this position, you should be fluent in English to guarantee you a genuine integration to clients files and the existing team.
Then, you have excellent knowledge of the regulatory environment of Luxembourg and ideally already are registered with the Luxembourg Bar on List I.
You have an eye for the details and are organized which will support your professional growth in collaboration with the firm.
