Our partner is a prestigious, top-tier Law firm with a global presence. In light of the development of their Fund department, we are currently assisting them in their search for a Senior Investment Fund Lawyer.
This law firm assists national and international clients for several key areas of expertise such as Funds, Banking and Tax law. Your Responsibilities | Fund Lawyer / Law firm / Avocat / Investment funds
You are in charge of drafting and reviewing legal documentation ;
You have excellent knowledge of both regulated and unregulated funds and advise your clients on the set-up / structuring of these. You also take on the legal research when necessary ;
You liaise with external third parties such as notaries and the CSSF ;
You assist in the regulatory compliance aspects of the funds ;
You assist the junior associates of the Investment fund department and play an integral part in their development.
Profile and Career Path | Fund Lawyer / Law firm / Avocat / Investment funds
You have at least 5 years of experience as Fund lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg ;
You obtained a Master degree in Law and are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar ;
You are fluent in both French and English. Any other language would be an advantage ;
You highly value the strong collaboration with your clients, for which your good communication skills are a big asset.

A very attractive salary package up to € 100.000 gross per year, that will evolve along with you as you move up the ladder in this law firm ;
