We are currently collaborating with a fiduciary that is seeking a new Payroll Officer as they are expanding their activities in Luxembourg. Our partner, located in Findel, is composed of 40 people and offers services as accounting, payroll, domiciliation and corporate governance.
Thanks to its reputation, the fiduciary is still growing and they would like to continue their expansion. Today, our partner is happy to collaborate with commercial clients such as restaurants, construction companies, cleaning companies…

Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – Payroll – Luxembourg – Gestionnaire de salaires

  • You will work on a portfolio composed of small structures such as restaurants, construction companies, cleaning companies etc…

  • As a Payroll Officer, you will manage your own portfolio composed of commercial companies from A to Z, with the support of a Payroll Manager who will be always present to answer your questions.

  • You will establish between 300/450 pay slips per month while answering all questions about payroll matters.

  • A a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing payroll tasks from less experienced Payroll Officers. You will participate in their technical development.

Profile and Career Path | Fiduciary – Payroll – Luxembourg – Gestionnaire de salaires

  • You have between 3 and 15 years of experience in the management and preparation of salary slips in fiduciaries in Luxembourg.

  • You are able to speak German, and French or English. If you speak Luxemburgish, this will represent an advantage for this company.

  • You have a good knowledge in this field and are specialized in a portfolio of commercial companies.

  • You are a team player and you appreciate to work with colleagues and to speak and learn with them.

  • Depending on your level of experience, you like to learn and follow trainings, or to share your knowledge with your colleagues.

  • You will benefit from a salary up to 80 000€ gross per year, depending on your knowledge and experience in fiduciaries in Luxembourg.

  • In addition to your salary, this fiduciary will offer you meal vouchers(10.80€), a discretionary bonus, and additional holidays.

  • This fiduciary is a member of an international network that allows it to benefit from their support. As a result, everyone can work with excellent and digitalized tools, and be efficient in their work.

  • The company has more than 30 years of existence in Luxembourg and a good reputation. Furthermore, there are approximatively 40 employees within the office allowing for a good organization to keep good relationships between colleagues.

  • This fiduciary is located next to several parking spots, and will let you benefit from one should you want to come by car to work.
