Our partner is a boutique tax advisory firm specialized in tax advisory and structuring services for regulated and non-regulated vehicles in Luxembourg and abroad. This includes Private Equity, Banks, Insurance companies and more.
With their focus on corporate international taxation, and thanks to a growing demand of their clients, they are currently looking to add an experienced Tax Advisor to the team.
The team is made up of 15 people, allowing the tax firm to keep a family atmosphere internally while also offering services to the client that are highly focused on the quality, as everyone handles their portfolio with care.
Lastly, situated right outside of Luxembourg-city, but easily accessible by bus or car, this tax firm offers a great geographical location for you to avoid the heaviest traffic jams.

Responsibilities | Tax / Tax Advisor / Fiduciary

You offer international and Luxembourg tax advice on corporate and finance restructurings, for a client portfolio of financial companies on a local and international level.
You are in charge of the advisory aspect with regards to DAC6, Atad 1 and Atad 2.
You are responsible for preparing corporate tax returns and will also manage the contact with Luxembourg tax authorities.
You prepare tax reports and opinions, as well as newsletters.

Profile | Tax / Tax Advisor / Fiduciary

You have 1 to 3 years of experience as Tax Advisor in a Big Four or fiduciary in Luxembourg, preferably within Alternative Investments.
You are fluent in English, and French or German. Any other language will be considered a plus.
You would now like to develop a generalist profile where you could tackle both the compliance and advisory aspect of your portfolio.
You obtained a Bachelor degree in Law, Accounting or similar. A Master degree in International Tax Law will be a huge advantage.
