Our partner is a young and dynamic Multi Family Office with a start-up mindset, based out of Luxembourg. Located near the train station, they are in a perfect location for an experienced Accountant looking to take the train to work and limit their daily commute.
Since its creation over 5 years ago, this structure has grown impressively on the Luxembourgish market. Today they are represented by 15 employees with a common objective : actively participating in the continuous growth of the company, also allowing a real career evolution in the mid and long term.
This meritocratic structure is quite ambitious and also values the motivation of its collaborators : the structure puts a personalized training plan in place for every employee. Furthermore, you will have a very interesting client portfolio of PE/RE, SPV so the learning possibilities are endless.
Responsibilities | Accountant – Family Office
You handle the day-to-day bookkeeping of your own client portfolio from A to Z.
You prepare the VAT and tax returns as well as annual accounts under Lux GAAP.
You are in direct contact with the clients and third parties and ensure the high quality of service at all times.
You will directly report to the accounting managers and Partner of the Family Office.
You will also be involved in the preparation of director and shareholder resolutions, dividend distributions and more. It is not required to have a first experience in this as you will have the necessary guidance to learn these new skills.
Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Family Office
You have 2/3 years of experience or more as an accountant in a fiduciary or service provider in Luxembourg
You have had the opportunity to handle a portfolio of financial companies (PE/RE, SPV).
Fluency in English is required, any other additional language will be an advantage.
You obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar domain.
You would describe yourself as eager to learn and entrepreneurial, as you will join a Family Office in full development where everyone is actively implicated in its growth. Your input in the improvement of internal processes will also be highly appreciated.
