This website ( "Site", “site”) is published and edited by Abiomis, Société à Responsabilité Limitée (S.à.R.L.), with Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register number B250479, whose offices are registered and located at 186 Route de Longwy, L-1940 Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

 

Abiomis SàRL (“Abiomis”, “We”, “we”, “Us”, “us”) is a provider of recruitment services to candidates seeking or interested in a new professional opportunity and hiring clients. These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “terms”) outline the use of the abiomis.com site and services explained on the site. 

Abiomis advises all users and readers (“User”, “user”, “You”, “you”) of this site to read these terms attentively and carefully before using the site. Accessing, browsing or using this site means you agree to, and accept, these terms whether you register or do not register on this site. 

 

Please do not use this site if you do not accept these terms of use. Abiomis also reserves the right to update these terms of use on a regular basis and advises all users and readers of this site to consult these terms every time they access, browse or use this site.

These terms of use outline the use of this site. The use of this site requires the legal capacity of the users and readers, and is not intended in any way for minors. If you are a minor, please do not use this site and leave the site promptly. 

Most pages and options of this site are accessible without having to register your details on the site. However, certain pages and options can only be accessed by registering on the site, which shall be considered as your full acceptance of these Terms of Use. 

You will not use this site to engage in any illegal activity nor will you :

  • Violate any intellectual property or privacy rights including, but not limited to, patent rights, copyright, trademark, trade secrets to or from any third parties ;

  • Publish, upload, post or transmit any material that contravenes with your confidentiality obligations or contractual obligations ; 

  • Publish, upload, post or transmit any material that violates the privacy rights of third parties or their private rights by misusing the harassing or suing a third party, sending unsolicited emails, or sending unsolicited material to a third party and by collecting personal information about third parties ;

  • Publish, upload, post or transmit any material that will not be tolerated by Abiomis such as, but not limited to, any unauthorized advertising products , unsolicited promotional products, junk mail, spam, unsolicited mail, unsolicited chain letters, pyramid schemes, franchises, mass-marketing material, mail to club members, sales contracts or any other unacceptable material ;

  • Publish, upload, post or transmit any material for which you have not acquired all necessary approvals and/or licences ;

  • Publish, upload, post or transmit any harmful, vulgar, obsence, threatening, libellous, false, defamatory, offensive, deceptive, misleading and/or unwelcome material on the site ;

  • Violate or attempt to violate any security measure of the site ;

  • Access or attempt to access any third party account or access code of any third party registered on the Site ;

  • Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the site, for example by posting or transmitting any material on the site that contains any virus, or by altering or deleting any information or material on the site when you have no authority to do so ;

  • Copy, modify, reproduce, delete, distribute, download, save, transmit, sell, resell, publish, reverse engineer, or create any derivative work from any material, with the exception of material submitted by you and owned by you ;

  • Spam or flood the site which may overload the site ;

  • Use any device, process or mechanism such as robots to monitor, control, retrieve, search or access the site or any product without the prior and written consent of Abiomis ;

  • Use any device, software or routine that can delay, crash or damage the normal operation of the site ;

  • Misrepresent yourself, your affiliation with a third party or your entity ;

  • Falsify any header information in any electronic or written mail ;

  • Impersonate another person or entity.

 

3. Intellectual property

Abiomis reserves and owns all copyright and other intellectual property rights of all material on this site, unless otherwise stated. The owned material includes, but is not limited to, photographs, graphical images, texts, audio, sounds, video, HTML codes and illustrations. The aforementioned material is owned exclusively by Abiomis or the provider of this material. 

Abiomis does not allow any user or reader of the site to: use, modify, copy, download, publish, delete, distribute, save, reproduce, transmit, sell, resell, upload, adapt or create a derivative work of the material on this site, unless otherwise stated and with the prior, written and full authorisation of Abiomis.

Any pages or other material of the site you download, copy or print are only allowed for your own personal use. No commercial use, business use, distribution or copying of the material present on this site is allowed. 

All trademarks, service marks and logos (the "Trademarks") are the property of Abiomis. The Trademarks displayed on the site are the exclusive property of Abiomis and their respective licensors. A user or reader of the side is not allowed to use the Trademarks in any manner without the prior, written and full authorisation of the owner.

 

4. Liability

Abiomis reserves itself the right to determine in its sole and absolute discretion whether the user or reader of the site is in compliance with the allowed use of the site and has the right to prevent you from using the site if it finds that you are not compliant. Abiomis also reserves the right to immediately delete any material from the site that is not in compliance with these same stipulations without prior notice to the user or reader.

Abiomis, as a provider of recruitment services to candidates and hiring clients, may and/or will outline and publish career-related content such as job opportunities, career advice, tips, blogs and articles. Any user or reader of the site agrees to access, browse and/or use the site for legal purposes such as their professional job search and career-related information. Therefore, any user or reader of the site will provide and maintain correct, accurate and current information in all submitted data. 

In that regard, any user or reader of the site understands that Abiomis :

  • Cannot fully guarantee a new professional opportunity or job offer through the use of the site or our services ;

  • Is not responsible for the decision-making during the recruitment process, job opportunities, selection criteria and tests during the recruitment process ;

  • Cannot fully guarantee the validity, correctness, completeness and accuracy of information provided by third parties ;

  • Is not responsible or liable if a client or potential employer does not wish to meet a candidate or invite a candidate for an interview, or if a client does not wish to hire a candidate ;

  • Is not responsible or liable for the financial loss that a user or reader of the site may experience by relying on the information mentioned on the site, such as loss of anticipated or actual salary, loss of anticipated or actual revenue, loss of anticipated or actual profits or opportunity ;

  • Is not responsible or liable for the immaterial, consequential or indirect loss or damage that a user of reader of the site may experience resulting from or relating to the use of the site ;

  • Is not responsible or liable for any loss of data tof the user or reader resulting from or relating to the use of the site, nor is Abiomis responsible or liable for the security and/or proper use of the password of a user or reader of the site. Abiomis advises all its users and readers to keep this password confidential and to not disclose it to anyone else ;

  • Is not responsible or liable for the content of third party and/or external websites that may be linked or mentioned on the site. We advise any user or reader of the Abiomis site to ensure they agree to, and accept, the terms and conditions of a website before using it ;

  • Is not responsible or liable for information or material published or provided by third parties. The user or reader of the site understands and accepts the risk(s) of the confidence they put in the aforementioned information. Though we try our best to ensure the information is accurate, we will not accept liability for any damage or loss that may be caused if a user or reader of the site relies on this information. We advise any user or reader that is looking for a new professional opportunity to use their common sense and good judgment in how they evaluate a potential future employer.

5. Disclaimer

These terms of use are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Luxembourg. 

The invalidity or enforceability of any provision or right of these terms of use will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions or rights in these terms, which shall remain in full effect, with the exception of the invalid or enforceable provision, right or part of these terms of use.

In case of any issue regarding the execution or interpretation of these Terms of Use, the jurisdiction of the courts in Luxembourg shall apply the Luxembourgish law.
