We have the pleasure to assist one of our long-time partners, a very modern and open-minded fiduciary, in its search of an (Junior) Accountant.
This ambitious fiduciary is recruiting in the context of its natural growth, meaning that there is no departure, but that they simply want to ensure a comfortable workload for everyone in the team. This team of 15 people is composed of accountants, corporate officers and tax advisors who all closely work together and find it important to share their skills with one another.
Furthermore, the practically inexistant staff turn-over is proof of this healthy environment : There are no timesheets in this fiduciary as they want to avoid putting any additional stress on their team members. Each team member is valued for his/her own individuality and everyone feels listened to. This is in addition to the great flexibility that the fiduciary offers to ensure a good work/life balance.

Your Responsibilities | Accountant – Fiduciary – Finance – Accounting - PFS
You are in charge of the encoding and the preparation of tax and VAT returns, including the calculation of tax provisions.
You also take on the establishment of annual accounts in close collaboration with your Senior colleagues.
You are also in charge of BCL reportings, again while being fully supported by your manager.
Gradually, you will fully handle your portfolio from A to Z and take on the communications with your clients by answering any questions they may have or even by participating to meetings in time.
Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Fiduciary – Finance – Accounting - PFS
You have a good level of English, as this is the main language spoken between colleagues and especially with clients. Knowledge of French will still be considered a strong plus.
You have acquired between 1 and 4 years of experience as an accountant in a fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg and have, during this time, handled a portfolio of financial clients.
You value teamwork on one hand, but also to be able to learn on a daily basis and be supported continuously in your technical growth.
You are interested to join a young team where the average age is around 30/35 years old, meaning that you are surrounded by people from a similar generation but who are already highly skilled in accounting.

Great flexibility is offered as you can start your day as early as 7.30 AM, allowing you to also end your day earlier and avoid a busy train or bus. Furthermore, after an integration period, you can also work from home 1 day per week.
The very open and dynamic company culture makes it easy to adapt to this new and welcoming team, and is also the reason why the staff turn-over is practically inexistant.
The central location makes it easy for people taking public transportation (train, bus) to come to the offices. This will make your daily commute as easy as possible, and you will also benefit from many commodities around the offices.
Your salary can reach 58.000€ per year which will be reevaluated as you acquire new skills, and to which you can also add an annual bonus of more than 1 month of salary.
