We are currently working with a Law Firm that wants to welcome a new Accountant in their offices soon. This Law Firm is composed of 20 employees and has many advantages : First of all, its location! In fact, you will be able to use public transport as the train station is very close to the structure and, as a result, you will gain time during your daily commute.
Our partner has modern offices with good and efficient tools to facilitate your daily tasks. On top of that you will have the opportunity, if you so wish, to take breaks in their beautiful garden to drink a cup of coffee or have a drink with your colleagues after working hours for example !
One of the most important elements about this Law Firm is that the clientele is primarily comprised of U.S and local companies. Because of the status of our partner, the work method is different than in a classic fiduciary as the Law Firm primarily provides its clients with legal services as well as accounting services. As accounting is not the core business of this structure, it creates an atmosphere where quality is placed before quantity.
Your Responsibilities | Accountant – Law Firm – Luxembourg
You are in charge of a client portfolio composed of SOPARFI, Holdings and PE/RE companies which you will manage from A to Z.
You are in contact with your clients and advise them in their projects, and assist them in case they have any questions.
You are responsible for annual accounts, VAT and tax returns, and will provide your clients with monthly reports.
You are also responsible for assisting interns, and will help them if needed. You will directly report essential information to your manager.
Profile and Career Path | Accountant – Law Firm – Luxembourg
You worked as an accountant in a Fiduciary, Trust or Big 4 in Luxembourg for at least 2 years.
You fluently speak and read English, and feel comfortable in this language in order to guarantee a good communication with both your colleagues and clients.
You have notions of French (B.1 level) and are able to have at least basic conversations in this language.
If you know how to use the Bob 50 accounting software, this will be considered as an asset.
You are a motivated and dynamic person and want to be part of a team that will help you evolve in the long term.

You will receive a salary up to 4 000 € gross/month depending on your past experience in a trust, fiduciary or Big 4. In addition to this salary, you will receive meal vouchers every month so that you can enjoy a nice meal during your lunch break, and will also receive a financial bonus at the end of the year.
You will work in well located offices in a district with the train station close by as well as numerous bus stops, so you can easily access your work place.
