We are working with a Fiduciary which is currently looking for an Accounting Director. This fiduciary is composed of a small team and is located outside of Luxembourg-city, so you will avoid the dense traffic jams of the city.
This fiduciary works with prestigious clients, so you will develop your personal and professional network working here. In addition to that, you will join a stable and healthy environment where respect is the most important value.
As the Managing Partner of the company will retire soon, you will also have the opportunity to take over the fiduciary and enter the partnership.
Your Responsibilities | Management – Fiduciary – Luxembourg
You are in charge of the management of the team : you review the files of your colleagues and you manage the internal organization of your work place.
You take care of your clients and offer them advice. You preserve long term relationships with them.
One of the most important things in this Fiduciary is to maintain good relationships between employees so you will be responsible for their well-being.
Thanks to your technical skills, you are able to assist your colleagues in case they have questions or difficulties and are, as a result, able to offer solutions.
Profile and Career Path | Management – Fiduciary – Luxembourg
You already have an experience as a Manager or an Accounting Director in a Fiduciary. Thanks to your experience, you know how to lead a team of employees. You are also used to work on a client portfolio of financial companies (SOPARFI, consolidation) in full autonomy.
You are fluent in German, so you can speak, read, and write in this language easily. It is also important to speak English in this Fiduciary to communicate with your colleagues. If you speak French, that would represent an advantage, but it is not necessary for this Fiduciary.
If you are a Chartered Accountant, that will be considered as a great asset for this Fiduciary. This is not a necessity, and if you are not, you will have trainings to obtain the OEC if you so wish.
You are a charismatic person and inspire confidence so the employees trust you. You can deal with stressful situations and are able to lead independently. The most important thing for you is to have good relationships with your colleagues and to create a healthy atmosphere in the company.
Offer | Management – Fiduciary – Luxembourg
Depending on your experience, you can count on a salary up to 150 000€ gross per year. If you need a car leasing, this Fiduciary could offer you one. You will also receive an annual bonus in addition to your salary.
You integrate a small and stable team of experienced people, and you will have to manage them the best way you can to sustain the family-oriented atmospherebetween them.
As the Managing Partner will retire soon, you will have the chance to become a Partner in the future.
You will work outside of Luxembourg-city and will have a parking spot. You will also work in modern and bright offices in a pleasant environment. Furthermore, as an Accounting Director, you are free to organize your working hours.
