For a fiduciary located not far from the train station in Luxembourg city, we are looking for an Accounting Manager, or a Senior Accountant that would like to evolve to this position.
This company established less than 10 years ago, has seen the past years, its business explode and this is the reason why they are creating a new function. You will participate in the development of your client portfolio and will participate, in collaboration with the Founder of the firm, in various business meetings outside of the company. This will enable you to strengthen your commercial skills and get to know your clients better in order to provide the highest level of quality.
For both local and international clients, you will be the main point of contact!

Your Responsibilities | Accounting Manager
· During your first year, you will be responsible for a team of 2 accountants, and will have to review and validate their work in order to ensure a high level of quality ;
· Depending on the growth of your clients portfolio, you will have to manage a bigger team rapidly ;
· You are mostly dealing with Soparfis, SPV and a few commercial companies ;
· As a key point of contact for your client, you ensure to always answer their query in due time
Profile and Career Path | Accounting Manager
· You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within an accounting firm in Luxembourg ;
· You hold a Bachelor degree in accounting or any other relevant field ;
· You are registered or would like to be registered at the OEC in the future ;
· You have an entrepreneurial mindset and would like to participate in the growth of a small firm ;
· You speak fluent English and French and are able to have professional conversations in both languages.
Offer | Accounting Manager
· Your salary package will be comprised of a fix and a variable salary. The fix salary can reach 67 000€ gross per year. As this is a growing business, the variable part will depend on your performance and the growth of the fiduciary, but could reach 3 months salary ;
