In the dynamic Cloche d’Or district, you will find this organically growing PFS composed of 80 employees. Although the company already has quite an impressive size, it is divided in smaller teams who all work closely together in order to provide a complete and quality-focused service to the clients.
Indeed, the PFS assists an international and prestigious client base composed of SOPARFI, SPV, Securitization vehicles and investment funds. With its focus in the financial industry, the PFS is quickly becoming an important player in Luxembourg, without having all of the downsides of a “typical” larger structure (e.g. impossible workload, high staff turn-over and so on).

Your Responsibilities | Assistant Manager Accounting – Accountant – PFS - Finance
In addition to your managerial responsibilities, you are also still operational on a client portfolio from A to Z (which will, depending on your experience, be composed of SOPARFI, SPV and/or Securitization vehicles).
You work closely with the Manager to coach and help the (junior) accountants to grow in their autonomy.
You will review the preparation of financial statements, VAT and tax returns, BCL reporting, ensure that deadlines and time sheets are respected.
You are in direct contact with your clients and attend meetings with them, ensuring that they are satisfied with the personalized service.
You have a thorough understanding of LuxGAAP and its principles.
Profile and Career Path | Assistant Manager Accounting – Accountant – PFS - Finance
You have acquired at least 5 years of experience as an accountant in a PFS or Fiduciary in Luxembourg and you currently hold a title of Senior Accountant, Assistant Manager or even Manager.
You are autonomous in handling your client portfolio, and also have a first experience in coaching/supervising a team or reviewing their work.
Fluency in French is key as this is the language spoken internally between colleagues, whereas fluency in English is necessary to communicate easily with your clients.
You have a certain dynamism and proactivity, which is key to help your team be efficient and provide the best possible service to the client.
Experience with SOPARFI and SPVs is a must, and experience with securitization vehicles will represent a strong advantage.
