We have the pleasure to currently assist this international company active in the food industry in its search for a Finance Manager.

Founded numerous years ago, this company has been able to develop itself quickly which is why they already have several offices in the UK, Dubai, France and so on. Its international team is approximately composed of 200 employees with a Finance Manager present in each office. The company has opened its Luxembourgish branch as it has known a very strong growth and will certainly continue to grow in the upcoming years.
It is important to note that there is a great communication between all offices and departments, which is why you will never really feel alone even though you will be the first employee in the Luxembourgish office. You can count on all other experienced members of the Finance team and will work in close collaboration with them to ensure that the company’s financial strategy and position is in good standing.
Your Responsibilities | Finance Manager – Finance - Accounting
You are in charge of analyzing all finance matters such as the budgeting and financial forecasting, and are able to identify risks and opportunities.
You represent the Financial team in Luxembourg and are also in regular contact with your colleagues in the Finance departments of the offices abroad (e.g. UAE, France, UK and so on).
You keep the board updated regularly and do not hesitate to inform them on the best strategy on a financial level. You report on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Your proactivity and willingness to help progress the structure will allow you to build a team in time. We are looking for a candidate
Profile and Career Path | Finance Manager – Finance - Accounting
You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role (preferably as Finance Manager) in Luxembourg. This can be in a financial structure such as a Holding company, Fiduciary or PFS but also in a commercial company in the country.
You are fluent in English and feel comfortable handling business communications in this language.
You are fully autonomous and responsible in the way you handle your tasks, and do not hesitate to report to the board and be proactive in proposing ideas or solutions.
You are enthusiastic about building up something and seeing the finance team grow in time.

Although you will be the first team member in Luxembourg, you will be part of a very stable group with several offices abroad and that plans on growing the team quickly in Luxembourg.
You will benefit from a very important flexibility, allowing you to work from home very regularly and to easily schedule your day.
Depending on your level of experience and skillset, your annual salary could reach €90.000.
The communication with the headquarters is very fluid meaning that you can count on quick decision-making and clear procedures.
The offices are located in the city center of Luxembourg and are not only easily reachable by public infrastructure, but a parking spot can also be put at your disposal should you need it.
