Our partner, a prestigious fiduciary based near the Luxembourg Train Station, is looking for a Manager Accounting who will be responsible for a team of 7 people. Since its creation numerous years ago, this fiduciary, registered to the OEC, has accompanied primarily financial companies present on an international and local level.
You will have the opportunity to work with an interesting portfolio as you will manage Soparfi, Holdings, Private Equity and Real Estate clients. Your Responsibilities | Manager | Fiduciary
You will be in charge of your own portfolio of Soparfi/Holdings, Private equity and Real Estate companies for which you will manage the accounting from A to Z.
You will be responsible for reviewing Junior and Senior Accountants and help them to develop their skills. You will also be the first point of contact in case they have questions, and will offer them advice to become as efficient as possible in their daily tasks.
You will be involved in improving the internal processes and give your ideas and opinions to participate in the development of the fiduciary.
Profile and Career Path | Manager | Fiduciary
You have minimum 4 years of experience as an Accountant. You currently have a title of Senior Accountant or even (Assistant) Manager Accounting, and you have a first experience in managing a team.
Experience in a Big Four will be considered a strong asset in your application, and the Chartered Accountant certification (OEC) will be as well.
You are motivated to continue your career in a growing fiduciary and to evolve as a manager moving forward. You are rigorous in your work, and you do not hesitate to help your colleagues when they have questions.
You are fluent in French, and you have a good level in English. Indeed, you will evolve in a multicultural environment, with prestigious international clients. This is why it is important to have a good level of English in order to communicate easily with your clients.

Offer | Manager | Fiduciary
You will have the opportunity to evolve in an ambitious environment as a Manager. Your role will allow you to manage a team and to reach targets, and challenge yourself professionally.
You will benefit from a salary up to € 75.000 gross per year. In addition to this, your salary package will be completed by meal vouchers (€10.80), a pension plan, an interesting bonus and paid trainings.
Additional days off allow you to spend more time with your family or to dedicate more time to your hobbies or travelling.
As the fiduciary is located near the train station, you will be able to take public transport to leave your car at home and avoid spending money on fuel.
