We are currently working with a dynamic fiduciary located in Luxembourg City, which is in a full growth in the Luxemburgish market. This fiduciary also works in collaboration with other fiduciaries to expend its services and to offer a large diversity of services to its clients.
The company has existed for more than 10 years and is focused and specialized in the management of a financial portfolio. In this structure, you will find a team of around 20 people, composed of Junior Accountants as such as Accounting Managers! This organization allows this team to work efficiently and to divide the work well.
The environment is multicultural in this company, and English is the language spoken internally between colleagues and also with clients. All of these accountants are able to handle a portfolio from A to Z for Soparfi, holdings, and funds. This company wants to evolve as a PFS in the future, so if you are interested in this domain, your projects will be matched with the ones the company has!
Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – PFS – Luxembourg
You handle a portfolio composed of Soparfi, Holdings, PEREstructures, and unregulated funds.
You are in charge of the accounting entries for your portfolio.
You prepare VAT and tax returns for your clients.
You are responsible for the establishment of annual accounts (IFRS, Lux GAAP), and for the preparation of periodic reportings.
You are in direct contact with your clients and you always try to answer their questions and to advise them well.
Profile and Career Path | Accountancy – Finance – Service Provider
You have between 3 to 8 years of experience in a fiduciary, a Big Four, or a PFS in Luxembourg.
You obtained a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in the accounting or tax field.
You are fluent in English. If you speak German or Luxemburgish, that would be an advantage for this fiduciary.
You are autonomous in the management of your portfolio composed of a financial clientele.
You do not have to be especially dynamic or an extravert for this company because the team will also accept you if you are calm and shy. It is absolutely not a problem as they allow the team to have different personalities and different mindsets.
If you have a good knowledge in administration tasks, this would be a plus for this company.
You like to work within a team and to share your knowledge with your colleagues.
Offer | Accounting – Management – CSSF
Your salary will be up to 5 300€ gross per month. It will depends on your experience in this domain and on your motivation to evolve in the company.
You will receive meal vouchers for your lunches, as such as additional holidays to go on vacation with your friends or your family. Furthermore, you will benefit from one discretionary bonus per year.
You will have the opportunity to learn French or English if you have an interest in these languages. Furthermore, a lot of trainings will be proposed to you in accounting or tax to develop your skills.
