We are glad to support one of our partners in its search of a Senior Accountant. Our partner is proud to offer high-quality services to diversified clients such as private equity, soparfis, ScSp and regulated funds. Composed of 10 people, this PFS is located in Hamilius and benefits from an ideal location if you would like to reach your work place by using public transport.
Today, the PFS offers an array of services such as accounting, tax, corporate governance and domiciliation to its clients. Your Responsibilities | Fiduciary – PFS – Luxembourg
You will manage your own portfolio composed of Private Equity, Soparfis, ScSpfrom A to Z, with the support of the Accounting Manager.
You will be involved in preparing VAT and tax returns and answer your clients’ potential questions regarding these. You will also establish financial statements.
As a Senior Accountant, you will work in a small team which will also include less experienced accountants. You will be responsible for training them, helping them on more difficult tasks and supporting them in their development.
You will be in charge of liaising with third parties such as auditors and lawyers. Of course, you will regularly be in touch with all your clients as well.
Profile and Career Path | Accounting – Accountancy – City Center
You have at least 3 years of experience in accounting or in fund accounting in a PFS, Fiduciary or a Big Four in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English. If you speak another language, this will represent an advantage (French, Italian, German…) but is not mandatory.
You understand the work that you produce every day : it is important for you to understand the theorical and analytical impact before working with your clients.
You are able to work with or without software to produce the work.
You ideally have a degree in accounting.
You want to invest yourself in a human-sized company, to share your ideas with your colleagues.
If you have knowledge of the fund industry, or the calculation of NAV, this will represent a plus.

Your salary can go up to €70 000 per year, depending on your technical test. You will also benefit from meal vouchers and from additional days of holidays.
The offices are surrounded by many restaurants and shops, where you will be able to spend time during your break or after your work days.
This PFS is composed of a dozen people, and this size is a real pleasure to organize team buildings or to be part of a family oriented company. There is an excellent team spirit between employees.
You will have the chance to work with experienced accountants and your Manager will always support you so you can learn new skills and feel satisfied professionally.

You will benefit from homeworking (34 days per year), to have a break during the week to sleep in a little longer and avoid the traffic jams. <
