We have the pleasure to assist this modern fiduciary, with a human size of less than 10 employees and that was founded a few years ago, in its search for a Senior Accountant.
The highly experienced partner of the fiduciary has been able to develop a wide client base of international companies which mainly include Holdings and institutional clients. The clients can count on accounting, tax, compliance and transfer agency services on the AIFM side. Indeed, the structure has two different departments who closely work together to provide the best possible service to the clients, but also to learn from one another. The partner is also present and involved every day for his employees, in order to make sure that they all feel good and have someone to turn to if there is anything they want to discuss or if they need help.
The structure is also eager to give motived accountants a chance to develop strong competencies, as numerous career perspectives are offered : As the company is in full growth, in the years to come there will be opportunities to supervise junior colleagues, move on to a Manager role and so on. This is in addition to the internal and external trainings that the fiduciary is happy to offer, and fully take on financially, to help you evolve in your function.
Lastly, it is important to note that there are no additional hours in this fiduciary. This means that you will have ample time to dedicate to your family life or personal activities. Also, we had the opportunity to visit the offices and found the work environment comfortable and luminous in a great location just outside of the city center.
Your Responsibilities | Senior Accountant – Fiduciary – PFS - Accounting
You will take on a client portfolio of Holding companies and institutional clients which you will handle from A to Z.
You work in close collaboration with two senior accountants and the partner of the fiduciary, who are all happy to share their acquired skills with you.
You will prepare tax returns and VAT returns (periodical and annual), as well as the financial statements all the while respecting applicable deadlines.
You handle the direct contacts with your clients should they have questions or need advice.
If you are interested in working on investment funds as well, this will also be a possibility in the short term.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Accountant – Fiduciary – PFS - Accounting
With at least 2-3 years of experience as an accountant in a Big Four, Fiduciary or PFS in Luxembourg, you are capable of taking on a client portfolio with a good level of autonomy.
Fluency in English is mandatory while French will be considered an advantage.
You are experienced with LuxGAAP. Experience with IFRS will represent a plus in your application but is certainly not a must.
You have an open-minded and dynamic personality and vision, and as a result clients are happy to be in contact with you and develop a relationship based on trust and transparency.

Your salary package can go up to €60 000 gross per year (based on your level of experience and skill set) with meal vouchers and an annual bonus.
