Abiomis has been working with this well-known and prestigious PFS for many years and is happy to assist the structure in its search of a Senior Fund Accountant.
This PFS offers a one stop shop concept as the clients can count on quality-oriented services on all levels (accounting, tax, domiliation, legal and compliance services as well as fund administration). All teams however keep a human size as you will find less than 10 people in each time. The members of these teams all range from junior profiles to senior manager, meaning everyone always knows what the next career step is.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Fund Accountant – Accounting – Fund Accounting - PFS
You are responsible for your own client portfolio consisting of Private Equity and Real Estate funds, for which you handle the NAV calculations of the funds, the preparation of reportings and of financial statements and so on.
Your experience allows you to review the work of junior fund accountants, and will have an increasingly important part of review as you grow in the structure, while having an operational part that becomes less important in time.
You are responsible for keeping the books and records to ensure that transactions are recorded accurately.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Fund Accountant – Accounting – Fund Accounting - PFS
You have at least 3 years of experience as a fund accountant in Luxembourg, either in a financial service provider (PFS, Fiduciary) or an asset management company.
You are fluent in English and are interested in working in an English-speaking environment, while being surrounded by colleagues that all speak different languages and come from various backgrounds.
You are experienced with Private Equity and Real Estate funds and would say you are fully autonomous in your role.

Hybrid schedule allowing you to start as early as 7 AM for example and leave accordingly, and to combine this with 1 or 2 days of homeworking per week depending on your place of residence.
Your salary package will comprise many attractive fringe benefits such as meal vouchers of €10.80, a health insurance, a generous bonus and this on top of a salary up to €68.000 per year. This salary will also be revised annually and entail generous salary raises in the upcoming years.
