We are currently collaborating with a PFS located ideally in Cloche d’Or, to assist them in their search of a Senior Fund Accountant for their Fund Department. This department is composed of less than 10 people and is currently growing. This is the reason why they are looking for other accountants, to reinforce and support the accountants in the team, and to continue to grow in the next few years.
This international company is based in Luxembourg and is composed of less than 40 people. The company offers its services in terms of accounting, tax, compliance and corporate governance and has been able to develop an impressive client base (Alternative funds, SOPARFI, SPVs…). The people who work in the company also have the chance to benefit from a lot of trainings thanks to regular internal courses in various fields, but also by following external trainings.
Furthermore, the PFS has an excellent reputation on the Luxemburgish market. Indeed, the services for the clients are personalized and quality-oriented, and the staff turn-over is quite low within the teams, despite the structure’s size.
Your Responsibilities | PFS – Fund Accounting - Accountant – Finance – Luxembourg - Accounting
You are responsible for the daily fund accounting matters for your dedicated clients.
You are responsible for the preparation of NAV calculations and monthly, quarterly and annual reportings.
You prepare the financial statements and are in direct contact with other teams in the company to handle your work efficiently.
You also ensure a high client satisfaction by answering any queries they may have.
Profile and Career Path | PFS – Fund Accounting - Accountant – Finance – Luxembourg - Accounting
You have good knowledge of regulated and alternative funds and can demonstrate experience with these types of clients.
You are fluent in French and English. The environment is French-speaking internally but you will be in contact with international clients.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Fund Accountant, ideally in a PFS, in Luxembourg.
You are at ease with MS Office and Excel and would describe yourself as an organized and efficient person.
Offer | PFS – Fund Accounting - Accountant – Finance – Luxembourg - Accounting
Your salary can go up to 75 000€ gross per year, in accordance with your previous experience and technical level. You will also receive an annual bonus and meal vouchers of €10,80 per unit.
The working hours are very flexible in this company, and as a Senior Fund Accountant, you will not have overtime, or it will at least be very limited. In addition, regular homeworking will allow you to balance your professional and personal activities as best as possible.
