We have the pleasure to assist one of the most prominent financial service providers in Luxembourg, in their search for a German speaking Senior Manager Accounting.
You will represent and lead an accounting team of 6 accountants, and be involved on a managerial and operational level. The high level client portfolio of your team will be very diverse (e.g. SOPARFI/Holdings, PE/RE, Commercial companies…), offering a lot of variety in your partnerships.

Responsibilities | Accountant / Accounting / Fiduciary / Fiduciaire
Management and review of a diverse client portfolio (PE/RE, Holdings, commercial companies…).
Supervision and management of a team of 6 people with different levels of experience.
Participation in the trainings and evaluation of your team members, allowing them to progress in their function.
Ensuring that internal procedures and processes are efficient and followed up correctly.
Profile | Accountant / Accounting / Fiduciary / Fiduciaire
You have 7 years of experience or more as accountant or auditor in a Fiduciary, Financial service provider or Big Four in Luxembourg
You have a first experience in management and like to share your expertise with less experienced accountants.
Fluency in German and English is mandatory – any other language is an advantage.
You have very good communication skills and would describe yourself as a dynamic person.
Having your Chartered Accountant certificate (OEC, ACCA,..) would be a big plus.
