If you would like to integrate a small company and benefit from an international environment, our partner will easily match your expectations. We are supporting a Holding in their search of an Accountant who will be responsible for a portfolio composed of UK entities. Today, the group is implanted in London but they would like to extend their services and to internalize the accounting in Luxembourg.
As the headquarter is in London, the accountant will regularly be in touch with colleagues in London to have a perfect understanding of the company and their objectives. Even if the structure would like to internalize accounting in Luxembourg, they already benefit from prestigious offices in Luxembourg. They are ideally located in Hamilius, near multiples shops and bars.
Composed of only 2 people in Luxembourg, the Holding structure would like to keep their small size as they would like to keep their perfect communication with colleagues in Luxembourg. The objective is to manage a portfolio composed of about 10 Holding structures from A to Z that belong to the group.
Your Responsibilities | Finance – Accounting – Luxembourg
You are in charge of an entities portfolio composed of holdings and Soparfi.
You have to prepare the consolidation between the entities, that are mainly located in United-Kingdom.
You prepare the accounting entries for your clients, as well as annual accounts.
You will have to learn how to prepare VAT and tax returns, and if you already know how to manage this task, this will be a plus for this structure.
If you like to travel, this opportunity is going to be perfect for you. Indeed, you will have to travel to London several times per month to work with your colleagues located in London!
You are also responsible for the preparation and management of budgets, as well as the management of the treasury of the entities.
Profile and Career Path | Finance – Accounting – Luxembourg
You have a first experience in a Fiduciary in United Kingdom or you had the opportunity fiduciary in Luxembourg with a portfolio composed of UK entities
If you are ACCA member, this will represent a strong advantage for this company.
You had the opportunity to work within a fiduciary in United Kingdom or you already worked in a fiduciary in Luxembourg with a portfolio composed of UK entities.
You are fluent in English to be able to speak with your colleagues. If you speak French, this will represent an advantage for the company.
You have an experience in accounting in service providers, and you want to discover a new aspect of accounting, such as working inhouse for one unique client.
