We are delighted to be able to support one of our long-term partners, a boutique consulting firm, in its search for a Senior Internal Auditor. This firm specializes in internal audit, governance and risk management and has steadily grown to a team of 10 people since its creation. The company is committed to maintaining its small size, as the Partner feels that this allows for a more personalized service and larger added value for the clients.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Internal Auditor – Audit - Auditor
As the lead for internal audit missions, you will be responsible for working directly with clients on a regular basis. Your duties will include evaluating corporate governance and internal controls, as well as developing policies and procedures in compliance with the Luxembourgish legislation and CSSF regulations.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be involved in assisting clients with the setup of their entity in Luxembourg. This will involve drafting CSSF applications and reviewing all relevant documentation.
Furthermore, you will be tasked with identifying and assessing potential risks for your clients. Your role will be crucial in providing proactive solutions and defining new risk management models.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Internal Auditor – Audit - Auditor
To qualify for this position, you must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in audit in Luxembourg. This may have been gained through external audit in a Big Four or audit firm, or alternatively through internal audit with a financial service provider.
You are fluent in French and have a full professional proficiency in English, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients.
Additionally, you should have prior exposure to a client base consisting of PSFs, banks and/or investment funds.
You should have a strong desire to expand your knowledge and grow in your autonomy. While valuing teamwork, you should also be able to collaborate effectively with others.

Depending on your prior experience, you can expect an annual gross salary of up to € 74.000. You will also receive meal vouchers worth €10.80, full health insurance coverage to avoid any costs for you, and an annual bonus.
